For farmers, Creme de la Rasa is a hardy, consistent variety that tolerates most growing conditions. Bulbs are often large producing, 5-7 cloves per bulb, storing for 6-8 months when properly cured.

For the chefs of the world, this German Red mutation is an extremely versatile strain. Remaining calm and rich when roasted but packing the heat for that perfect salsa recipe.
